T.E.L.F is a dynamic and innovative group of former and ex-international football players in Kenya domiciled in Kakamega County who are committed to identifying , nurturing, and placement of youthful talents within Western Kenya's communities and schools. Founded on the principles of excellence, integrity, and passion T.E.L.F Group has evolved into a reliable and timely instrument for providing a platform for talent exploration while injecting high-quality training towards professionalism.

TELF specializes in youth football development through partnerships with football inclined schools where we provide wholistic support by donating football training kits, delivering high-quality training and coaching sessions that include physical, tactical, technical and mentoring sessions whenever scheduled. With a team of experienced personnel, T.E.L.F Group is dedicated to continuous churning out of football talents who are then placed in our Football Development Center for further development and placement ensuring that we offer the youngsters an opportunity for socioeconomic growth.

Our profile is a testament to our ability to execute high level projects successfully, from organising and hosting the annual TELF Super Cup involving all the Luhya Community football teams in the Kenya Premier and NSL when off season to U15 and U17 Talent search tournaments involving over 300 teams. 

We hold a football boot camp during the schools recess where we bring together the selected players for enhanced training in TELF's football center for a period of two weeks.

We relish our ability to mobilise and execute major football engagements within the schools and community ecosystems within Kenya even as we adapt to meeting the diverse needs of the youth football environment.

Beyond our on-field achievements, T.E.L.F Group is deeply committed to social responsibility and sustainability. We actively contribute to the well-being of the communities we serve through various initiatives aimed at promoting education, social status, safe environment, and environmental conservation through tree 🌲 planting.

At T.E.L.F Group, our Mission is not only to provide a platform to the community and schools to explore their talents but also to inspire positive change and foster socioeconomic opportunities to improve livelihoods within the communities.
